Subscription Policies

When you purchase a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase for your first month of use. After this initial payment, your credit card will be automatically charged on the same day the subsequent month for use of this application, until you cancel your subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment Information

By purchasing this subscription, you accept these standard terms, and you authorize Crystal IT to automatically bill the charge card you have provided until you cancel this subscription. You are billed according to the “Billing Policies” described below. You may cancel this subscription at any time, pursuant to Section 5 below. You agree to provide Crystal IT with valid, accurate and up-to-date credit card and contact information. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of this subscription. You agree to notify Crystal IT regarding any billing issues or disputes within 90 days after they have been charged. If any issues or disputes are not brought to Crystal IT’s attention within this term, you waive your right to dispute them.

3. Crystal IT’s Right to Terminate or Modify Terms

Crystal IT may modify the terms of this subscription, including but not limited to the price, content or nature of the subscription. Crystal IT may provide notice by email or by publishing the changes on its Web site. This Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term. No notice shall be required from Crystal IT to effect such termination. Upon any termination of this Agreement (whether by you or Crystal IT), you shall immediately discontinue use of the subscription product. Your obligation to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

4. Confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account and you agree to notify Crystal IT immediately of any unauthorized account use. Crystal IT is in no way responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your user account and password.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription with a 30 day cancellation notice. This notice may be emailed to cancel@nanextrackit.ucom, or provided to Crystal IT by accessing your account on line. Any cancellation charges for the final 30 days of service will be pro-rated and charged to your credit card on file at the regular monthly interval.

6. Email Notification

To let you know what new subscriptions are available from time to time, or to notify you of a charge to your account, Crystal IT will send you email correspondence. You agree that as a subscriber, Crystal IT may send you such email to the address you provide. You will receive this email even if you have opted out of receiving other email from Crystal IT. If you do not want to receive this email, you may cancel the subscription at any time as provided in this Agreement.
